The 2026 Annual Meeting of the International Cell Death Society (ICDS) will take place at the Institut Necker Enfants Malades (INEM) in Paris from May 27 to 29, 2026.

The scientific program will combine keynote lectures, thematic sessions, flash talks, and a poster session showcasing recent advances in the field. Discussions will explore how cell death pathways intersect with metabolism, stress and inflammation, autophagy, neural development and aging, as well as their implications in cancer and other diseases. The meeting will provide a platform for leading researchers and early-career scientists to share new insights and foster collaborations within the international cell death community.

The event is co-organized by Anne-Sophie Armand and Franck Oury, researchers at INEM, alongside Catherine Brenner, Richard Lockshin, and Zahra Zakeri. The institute warmly congratulates the organizers for bringing this international meeting to INEM and looks forward to welcoming the cell death research community to Paris.
