Biosketch

Gabriel Morin (MD, PhD) is a Chef de Clinique-Assistant at the Centre d'Investigation Clinique Mère-Enfant Necker-Cochin, Hôpital Necker–Enfants Malades (AP-HP), and Université Paris Cité. A nephrologist by training, he specialises in rare mosaic disorders, with a clinical practice dedicated to precision medicine and to the therapeutic repositioning of targeted oncology drugs. His research, conducted in Pr Guillaume Canaud's laboratory (INSERM U1151, Institut Necker Enfants Malades), focuses on the PI3K–AKT–mTOR and RAS–MAPK pathways, from the identification of somatic variants to early-phase clinical development. Alongside his clinical and translational activity, he is involved in medical education at the Faculté de Médecine, Université Paris Cité.
