🔬 Project
The team conducts research in oncogenesis aimed at better understanding the role of NF-κB transcription factors in regulating cell survival, proliferation, and metabolic reprogramming during lymphomagenesis and in response to therapies.
The project specifically aims to:
- Identify NF-κB–controlled metabolic pathways in B-cell lymphomas
- Identify new target genes and protein partners
- Investigate their role in sensitivity or resistance to cell death (apoptosis, ferroptosis)
The research environment spans the fields of oncogenesis, cell signaling, metabolism, and gene expression regulation.
🧫 Main responsibilities
- Cell and molecular biology
- Protein biochemistry
- Flow cytometry (FACS)
- Implementation and optimization of experimental protocols
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Accurate maintenance of laboratory notebooks
- Presentation of results at team meetings
👩🔬👨🔬 Profile
- Master’s degree (MSc) or higher
- Strong experience in molecular and cellular biology and protein biochemistry
- Experience in metabolism studies is a plus
- No prior knowledge of NF-κB pathways required
Required qualities:
- Rigor, organization, and autonomy
