We are thrilled to unveil the 2024 Edition of our Prestige Lecture Series. This year, we have the honor of welcoming Prof. Mark Davis, a leading figure in immunology and the Avery Family Professor at the Institute for Immunity, Transplantation and Infection at Stanford University.

Alexandre de Brevern

Alexandre G. de Brevern is a Senior Researcher at INSERM and heads the DSIMB - Dynamics of Structures and Interactions of Macromolecules in Biology team of INSERM UMR_S 1134 BIGR unit. With nearly 20 years of experience in structural bioinformatics, his research focuses on developing tools for protein behavior analysis and applying these methods to disease-related proteins. He has created over 20 tools and authored more than 175 publications. Dr. de Brevern specializes in protein conformations, structural modeling, and drug design.

Clément Cochain

Clément Cochain received his PhD from Université Paris 7 in 2011. His doctorate work was performed in the Paris Cardiovascular Research Center under the supervision of J-S Silvestre, and focused on the role of chemokines and their receptors in the initiation and resolution of inflammation during tissue repair after ischemic injury. In 2012, he moved to the lab of Prof. Alma Zernecke (Würzburg, Germany) where he worked on the immune pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, with projects investigating various aspects of the adaptive and innate immune response in vascular inflammation.

Michel Sadelain

Michel Sadelain is a genetic engineer and cell therapist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York, where he holds the Steve and Barbara Friedman Chair. He is the founding director of the Center for Cell Engineering and a pioneer in T cell engineering and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapy.
