Research Engineer – Translational research in kidney transplantation (CDD) - Terzi Lab

The Dany Anglicheau group, within the team led by Fabiola Terzi, at INEM - Institut Necker Enfants Malades (Paris, France), is recruiting a Research Engineer for a 12-month renewable fixed-term position (start date: April 1st, 2026).

🔬Project
The team conducts translational research on antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR) after kidney transplantation, aiming to better understand the impact of non-HLA antibodies on the vascular system of the renal graft.
The position is embedded in a multidisciplinary environment, closely linked to the kidney transplantation unit at Necker Hospital.

🧫 Main tasks
Handling immortalized and primary cell lines (BSL-2)
Molecular biology: DNA/RNA extraction, RT-qPCR
Cell biology: immunofluorescence, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Multiplex immunofluorescence is a plus
Flow cytometry
Stock and consumables management

👩‍🔬👨‍🔬 Profile
Master’s degree
Prior experience appreciated
Rigorous, autonomous, team-oriented, proactive
Strong communication and data synthesis skills
